purchasing tickets through this facility it will be deemed that
have you understood and agree to the terms and conditions set
out below and also to those set out by the respective venue.

Admittance
- You will need to produce a printed copy of your e-mail
transaction conformation which has a unique ID Ref . This can
only be used once by one holder, so please keep securely. In
the event that you have bought multiple tickets for others who
are not arriving with you, you will be allowed to leave names
on the door. I'm afraid we can not guarantee that anyone producing
electronic forms of confirmation, eg Blackberry etc will be
acceptable, it will depend on the policy of door staff and be
entirely at their discretion.
Disabled
Access - If a customer requires disabled access they
should contact the venue (see contact details for event in question)
or
with their requirements so they can be advised on what access
the particular venue can offer. If the customer does not contact
the venue, access to the disabled access area can not be guaranteed,
so please contact the venue immediately after purchasing your
ticket. The disabled access arrangements will vary from venue
to venue. If you are registered disabled you are entitled to
be accompanied by a free carer so please take this into consideration
when booking your ticket(s).
Age
limit - All age limit details are provided by the
event organisers. Please make sure you check age limits with
the event organisers on all tickets in your basket before you
make a purchase.
Concessions
- If you buy a concessionary ticket please make sure that the
person using that ticket is eligible for the concession, if
you can’t prove this you will be asked to pay the difference
on the door or refused entry, in which case we can’t refund
you.
Transfers
- In most cases you can transfer your ticket into some one else’s
name but tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, you will
need to contact us in order to approve a transfer. Please do
not re-sell your ticket. We reserve the right to withdraw your
tickets if we suspect you’ve resold them.
Cancellation
- Wherever possible we will contact you in advance on the email
address you provide with you purchase to let you know if an
event has been cancelled. Although this is not always possible
when an event is cancelled at the last minute, we’ll do
our best to contact you. If an event is cancelled we would refund
the face value of your ticket, if it’s postponed tickets
are usually valid for the new date, however refunds would be
offered if the alternative date was not convenient. Booking
fees are, we regret non-refundable in all cases.
Problems
and Loss - If you do not receive your confirmation,
please contact us using this link ,
also please check you have given us your correct email address
and check your junk mail / spam folder as emails occasionally
get diverted there. Should you loose your confirmation, please
contact as to notify us of your loss, we can re-send, however
you may be required to bring additional ID with you to present
on the door. Please remember, your confirmation ID can
only be used once, so if you have reason to believe it has been
copied by someone else, it is in your interests to advise us
immediately of the situation. |
