Granville - Monday, February 2, 2009

Great to see you all again at The Sands Venue Gainsborough 30 Jan and being treated to yet another outstanding brilliant performance. You are the best band around without a doubt. See you soon and thanks again.
Jan & Gabe, Co Durham - Saturday, January 31, 2009

Hi Guys, My wife ,friends and I thought your gig last Saturday 17th Jan at Botley Hill Farmhouse was brilliant. It is the second time we've seen you play and hopefully many more times to come. You certainly know how to rock and get the crowd up dancing. Thought you may want to see a few pictures of the band and of my wife trying to sing along to Honky Tonk Women. Thanks again for such a good night.
Chris and Karen - Saturday, January 24, 2009

We saw you in Burnley at Mechanics the other year and we have been waiting for you to have a gig up north again. We have now moved and live in Dumfries, South West Scotland. If you have any gigs lined up either in Dumfries, Carlisle or somewhere in North we would love to hear about it. We thought you were one of the most fantastic groups we had seen in a long time. Thank you
Jo Sawley - Saturday, January 17, 2009

Hello to you all. Sorry to have taken so long to let you all know how my daughter & I enjoyed your Gig at Mr.Kyps on 21st. Hope that "Sir Mick" & "Keith" both get over their coughs & colds etc. and that even though they were 'One Degree Under' they were really well appreciated. (If the middle microphone had been slightly adjusted to give a tad more volume, this may have helped Mick's sore throat?) But great that you pushed "Mick Waylor" into the lime-light, he certainly earns his place with the Band. All in all, a terrific evening, and we are already planning for your next visit, which we hope will not be too far away. On Christmas Eve, we both saw "Status Quo" at the B.I.C. in Bournemouth, with Manfred Man as the backing group. How I would have loved to see you on that stage, with such a huge & receptive audience!!! But I will be at Shepherds Bush to see you with the Led Zeppelin Tribute Band, next year. In the meantime, many thanks and best wishes for the new year.
David & Naomi - Saturday, December 27, 2008

Hey lads, Boardwalk gig last week 13/12/08 – outstanding and thanks for the brilliant encore a real treat that, didn’t want to see ya go off. But mainly a MASSIVE THANK YOU for the dedication to me n Diane for our anniversary – 7 years ago we met at the Boardwalk while bopping to you guys, playing Sweet Virginia for us was cool. Thanks again, happy Chrimble and we’ll see ya at the Flowerpot on 29th – have a drink on us Xxxx
Paul and Diane - Wednesday, December 17, 2008

Dear Rollin Stoned, It is Rosie and Marina....remember her ? She was the little girl who used to dance on stage when you did honky tonk women at The Manor in Biggin Hill. Marina is now 16, she got a distinction * for her B.Tec First in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre) in the summer thanks to the confidence she gained from seeing you when she was young. Anyway..... we hope to come and see you on Wednesday night at Beaver whatever the place is called. Looking forward to it. Love rosie and marina x
Rosie and Marina - Tue, 16 Dec 2008

Fantastic night at Forum, Darlington. All our workmates that came along with us are now fully confirmed fans and thought you were fantastic and have asked us to notify them of future local gigs. You were the talk of the workplace. We were lucky enough to follow on with Sheffield on Sat (13 Dec) and again were treated to a fantastic performance by you all, packed with brill songs. My hair turned white with the "snow flakes!". We have Derby on 29 Dec to look forward to now so see you all then. Have a great Christmas. You deserve it as you've made ours great.
Jan & Gabe - Monday, December 15, 2008

Hi There, I saw some of your stuff on youtube and you guys rock. It's great to see Brian Jones still performing after all these years. Do you guys ever tour the states? Specifically Detroit, Michigan. Would love to catch your act. I
have never seen a Stones tribute band live before. As for as I know there aren't any in the USA. I almost started one myself years ago. I know most of Brian Jones' parts. Even own a sitar. And of course an authentic Vox Phantom MKIII "teardrop".Would love to catch your act.
Gerard - Monday, December 15, 2008

Awesome gig (as always!) on Friday night in Darlo! We've missed you!! Must remember not to stand next to speakers next time, my ears are still ringing - lol! Mitchell is gutted he could not come down to see you! Wishing you all a Hippy Christmas and a Hippy New Year! See you guys soon, take care.

Hi Guys, Just wanted to say we saw you at Windsor last night (26th Oct) and you were great, haven’t danced so much in ages, and now my feet are killing me - ouch! I was so tempted to get up on stage & dance along with you guys, especially as Byron was encouraging me up there (the naughty boy), but decided probably best not to. Think I could do a mean Marianne Faithful tho !??? Anyway – loved it & once again thanks! Will def see you again…..
Hells - Monday, October 27, 2008

RollinStoned -
The gig is definitely going ahead. I have just been on to the Limelight website and tickets are available to buy on-line (£10 plus £1 tax - bargain!!!). Hopefully, you will be able to make it, as I know the boys would be pleased to see you.

When are you coming back to Glasgow??
Elizabeth - Tuesday, October 21, 2008

Is that time of the year again when you boys will be coming down to our manor as they say. After seeing you at Botley some weeks ago I did manage to speak to Mick about my choices which were not played unfortunately.
I do agree though W HORSES can be a bit long but you could always drop a verse or two and L QUEENIE has got to be a must as is OFF THE HOOK. If I told you I am having a crap couple of weeks and gave you a sad X Factor story, apart from weeping (laughing more like) could we just hear the songs or is that too much to ask ? PS - SWEET VIRGINIA was a treat , I don't know how you guys do it , week in , week out - brill.
Chris - Sunday, October 19, 2008

Thank you for two wonderful nights (again) in Mettmann and Solingen. Your show was fantastic as usual! So please come back soon!
Ingrid & Anette - Thursday, October 16, 2008

Hi Guys, you played a great gig in Solingen last week. In English we can hardly find the right words. So we just say it in German: It was "superaffenmegageil" (you:ll find this word in no dictonnary :-) )Thank you all for this wonderful evening. We heard stones-cover at ist best and had a lot of fun with your show. Sabine is still deeply impressed about the charme of Byron. ;-) Your signed poster has already a nice place in our apartment. Please come back soon to Germany. Looking forward to hearing you again -- perhaps also one day in London. Keep on
rockin' Sabine & Hannes (Gießen)
Sabine - Sunday, October, 12, 2008

Hi again guys, Chris from Eltham here - you may recall I was in touch recently to suggest 'Time waits for none' for your September Half Moon show. You politely declined that the boys don't know the chords (or something like that!) I'm writing now on something completely different - my best mate Ian, who with me me has been to see the band 8 or 9 times over the past 18 months - is 50 on 22nd October. I'm just wondering if you might be able to send him a signed card, poster, t shirt, pair of knickers or similar to wish him happy birthday and pass on your commiserationsl? Bit of a cheeky request I know but worth a try... Not sure if you have any t shirts (can't see any advertised on the website) but if you do I'm of course happy to send a cheque for the going rate. Many thanks and see you for the Half Moon Christmas show if not before
cheers

Chris - Wednesday, October 8, 2008

Hy Boys ! Long time no contact, i here that you play two Gigs arround here . As you know I can´ t go to the Cobra and I am playing myself  that night at another Clun in Solingen with my Band . I will come to Mettmann and I will bring some of my Band with me because they would like to meet you . If possible can you set me on the Guestlist , I talked to Wolfgang Pieker the other day , but maybe he forgot . If you want to know something about my Band , check our Homepage: www. janschwartebluesband.piczo.com Best Regards
Coco - Tuesday, 30 Sep 2008

Saw you at The komedia in Brighton - great gig, hope to catch you again
Brian - Sunday, September 28, 2008

Another great gig, and thanks so much for the dedication of Gimme Shelter to my friend - she/I really appreciated that as she'd had a shitty day with an emergency gas leak (Jumping Jack Flash is a gas, gas, gas, I told her)! - I'll get S and G along for the Christmas gig. Everyone had a great time as ever and when I get the pix
through of two former Page Three girls dancing on stage to Honky Tonk Women I'll e-mail them on to you
for your website. See you at the Xmas gig - and thanks again for another great evening. I'm gonna try and bring a really BIG party along for the Xmas gig. All good wishes
Tim - Sunday, September 21, 2008

Pete, Many many thanks for arranging for the Stones to do a dedication to my mate Keith for his birthday on 5/9 at the Boom Boom Club. Without going into much detail he has had a crap few months and the gig, getting a shout out and Wild Horses has done loads to help him back on his feet. Thanks for sorting that out and the effort you put into the gigs - the guys were excellent.
Dave - Friday, September 19, 2008
RollinStoned -
Glad to have helped and thank you both for your support, hope things continue to improve for Keith

Been looking forward to seeing you (along with lots of friends) at the Limelight for months and now read that you were double booked, we are away over New Year so will miss the December gig. Hopefully we can make a venue close enough to satisfy our needs for our ‘FIX’. All you guys deserve praise for the great show you always provide. Here’s to the future.

Joe - Thursday, September 18, 2008
RollinStoned - Sorry about the date earlier in the year (our mistake I'm afraid) and also about the December one, we hate to disappoint fans who've taken the trouble to support us in the past. I will try to send you a next years provisional date list as soon as we have it compiled in the hope that there is something in that is convenient for you.

Hi, Just to say that Gabe & I had another really enjoyable night seeing Rollin Stoned and meeting you all again. I know we have probably said this many times but Rollin Stoned are absolutely brilliant and every gig for us is as good as the first. Don't think we will see you again until December at which time we are going for the "hat trick!". Look forward very much to seeing you all again then. Fond regards
Jan - Monday, September 15, 2008

Hi guys Chris from Eltham here - not been to see you since Half Moon in May so really looking forward to Saturday If I recall at that May gig, Mick said you're always interested in suggestions for new songs for the setlist - so how about 'Time waits for noone' - one of my all-time faves and a great chance for the talented and slightly shy Mick Waylor to strut his stuff. See you Saturday
Chris - Monday, September 15, 2008
Rollinstoned - You know Mick and his big mouth, I'm afraid this time you are going to have to wait, sorry ,it is not part of the current repertoire, but when Mick sees your message, he'll either learn his lesson and not open it to accomodate his foot or get his finger out for you and learn it for another time. Many thanks for your support.

I’m takin the gang down to the Brighton Komedia next Friday, what about requests??? As Ive said before, what about Memo to Turner, get Mick on stage dancing with the florescent tube, it’ill be brill!!
Pete - Friday, September 12, 2008

Hey You! Get ON My Cloud! Rock`n' Roll at it's finest. THANKS guys you made my birthday. You sure kick ass. Can't wait to see you again!! Millions of Gargantuan cuddles & kisses. Mwaaaa!

Another wonderful night on Sat 24 May. As usual you were TRULY SUPERB and each time we see you it is as exciting and as good as the first (6 times now). Please try to book some more gigs in and around the north-east so we can see you more often. Looking forward to seeing you again (with great anticipation) at The Boardwalk on 14 June. Love to all
Jan & Gabe - Monday, May 26, 2008

Thank you for a fantastic night out at Mr.Kyps last Friday. Every time I manage to see you down here in the deep south, you never fail to impress and somehow you manage to push the boundaries further along. The 'Grey Wolves' were out in force, along with equal numbers of middle aged, younger fans and even younger still. We were all enthralled with the fantastic show you put on. You weren't just a tribute band, you took on the persona of 'The Stones' of that era and we were all transported back to the 60-70's. I particularly loved the way you cajoled 'Mick Waylor' to the front of the stage. He has earned his stripes and shy or not, deservedly can stand alongside you all. My daughter who accompanied me, sends her fond regards, she actually sends her love but there's no way I'm not going to say that, after all I remember lots that 'the Boys' got up to over the years. For one reason or another, I guess, you have had stand-ins at times, so it was great to see you all back together on stage. The sound manager got things just right for the night and as I said before, you were all magic. Already looking forward to your next appearance later this year.
David and Naomi - Sunday, April 13, 2008

Have seen you guys twice at The Witchwood , Ashton under lyne , bloody fantastic , just wanted to know if and when returning or doing any other gigs in Manchester area , pleased to meet you Mal .
Mal - Tuesday, March 18, 2008

Saw the guys on Friday night at Plinston Hall, Letchworth - fantastic. I was down the front dancing away, didn't know anyone else dancing, but the music was just too darn good not to get up and dance and sing until I was hoarse! Many thanks, hope they are coming back next year!
Alison - Sunday, March 9, 2008

we saw this crowd in Hull in 2007--they were absolutely brilliant--amusing, totally committed and as good as you get, we were all absolutely on a high when we left---a small but packed house,....many congrats -we'd go again !!...thanks for the memory [still vivid] and sorry to post this so late....just found the site !!
Tony - Thursday, February 28, 2008

We were at the Venue last night and just wanted to say how much we enjoyed your show! Cheers guys.

Emilia - Sunday, January 20, 2008

Fantastic night at the Half moon really enjoyed it. A big hi to Mark nice to see you again!
Jayne - Thursday, January 17, 2008

Hello Rollin' Stoned, Just two questions, if you please. Is Byron Jones the same Byron Jones who was once with the Counterfeit Stones? I saw the Counterfeits back in 1999, great gig. I also them again a few weeks ago, and the disappointment there was no Brian! I thought it was a tribute to Fraggle Rock for a split second! Just kidding. Also, will you be playing a special tribute to Brian around what would have been his 66th birthday? If so I would love to attend, and would like to know where I can get tix?
Mandy - Wednesday, January 9, 2008
The Rollin Stoned - we normally only allow one question, but as you are recovering from the effects of a Counterfeit show, we'll allow you a special two for one offer. Yes we do have your absentee "Byron Jones" in our custody but he is not due for release yet. Re the BJ birthday gig's, it is something we have done a number times in the past but nothing is planned as I write. That is not to say it won't happen again this year if we pull our finger out, so keep checking web-site for any news.
